Meet Peter G. Daniels
Peter G. Daniels is the Founder and President of PDC Group.
With more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in strategic planning, operations, technology, business brokerage, and advisory services, Peter has dedicated his career to helping organizations become stronger, more valuable, and better prepared for the future.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and business intermediary, Peter recognized that many of the greatest risks facing business owners were not financial—they were operational. Critical decisions, relationships, financial information, and business knowledge often remained undocumented and dependent upon the owner.
That realization led to the development of the PDC Owner Assurance System™—a practical framework designed to help business owners organize what matters most, reduce owner dependency, improve business continuity, and prepare for continuity, transition, succession, financing, or sale.
Peter is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
