PHASE 2: OWNER DECISION VAULT™ ACTIVATION

We collect, capture, organize, and structure the critical information behind the business—including decisions, documents, relationships, instructions, responsibilities, authorizations, financial controls, technologies, and advisor recommendations.

 

Deliverables include:

• Activated Owner Decision Vault™

• Critical Financial Ledger™

• Documents, decisions, relationships, and authorizations organized and accessible

• Visible record of remaining gaps and open actions

PHASE 3: CONTINUITY ACTIVATION

This phase identifies the critical functions, client flows, and business activities that must continue if the owner becomes unavailable. Client Continuity Flows™ (CCF) are then documented to help keep the business serving clients, generating revenue, and operating during the owner's absence, with responsibilities, handoffs, authorizations, supporting technology, and emergency access clearly defined

• Responsibility and authorization maps

• Owner-unavailability response plan with emergency access

• Identified continuity gaps and priorities

 

PHASE 4: OWNER ASSURANCE MAINTENANCE
